How to use Hot Pawz Active Tape Dispenser?

1. Remove the black roller and add water to the tank
2. Screw into tabletop the 3 included screws to provide stability
3. Install the wet paper onto the dispenser and place the glue side down under the blade
4. Wet the tape and cut to the appropriate length
5. Adjust the Hot Pawz active tape dispenser to seal the moving box.
